The NOVACCC was founded on March 25, 2006 to help unite enthusiasts and their car clubs in and around the Northern Virginia area. Formed by a cadre of dedicated "car nuts", the NOVACCC hopes to grow into a major force in Virginia with regard to achieving the common goal of maximizing the enjoyment of the automotive hobby.
